Refund policy
By completing a purchase with Bryox, you accept the conditions described in this policy. This applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and unworn, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for sending it back. Once approved, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us straight after delivery. We will look into the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Items that arrive damaged or incorrect qualify for a full refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Restocking Fees
Bryox does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–7 business days to process the refund. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
Discounts and Promotions
All discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were forgotten, missed, or already expired.
